We use buckwheat which is naturally gluten free and highly nutritious - rich in many vitamin and minerals. Our ingredients come from fields not factories

Coeliac disease is becoming increasingly common, but also many of us choose to eat gluten free. All our crackers are 100% gluten free.

Our philosophy is that food should be free from chemical taints, nor should be produced using fertilisers or pesticides. This is why all our products are certified organic.
